Версия ОС: Windows Server 2008 32-bit, Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit

При попытке отправить прикрепленный файл Microsoft Word, Excel или PowerPoint или при использовании обложки факса формата Microsoft Word, факс не отправляется с выдачей сообщения в просмотре событий:

‘Problem Converting Fax Body or Cover Sheet’ listed in Fax Utility or multiple errors in the Application Log stating

‘(00005) Winword encountered a problem, during conversion. Details: There is insufficient memory. Save the document

now.’ The errors may also include the same information regarding Excel, PowerPoint as well.

Для решения возникшей ошибки в Windows Server 2008 32-bit необходимо создать папку с именем Desktop в каталоге C:\Windows\System32\Config\systemprofile

Для решения возникшей ошибки в Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit необходимо создать папку с именем Desktop в каталоге C:\Windows\System32\Config\systemprofile и в каталоге C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Config\systemprofile

После создания папки необходимо перегрузить сервер.
